No Return / Refund — Unless:
To be eligible for any return or refund request, the following strict condition must be met:
You must share an unedited opening video of the package from the moment it is received, clearly showing:
The unopened package
The complete unboxing process
The damaged or broken item upon opening
Without this video proof, we will be unable to process any claim, regardless of the issue.
This policy ensures fairness and transparency for both you and us, while protecting the integrity of our products.
Important Notes:
The unboxing video must be recorded in one single take — no cuts or edits.
The video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Products that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery, or without video proof, will not qualify for a return or refund.
If eligible, the refund (or replacement) will be processed within 5–7 business days after review.
